This was wrote as a basic model for authentication users for perhaps an admin section on a website. Its not Fort Knox but provides a basic and fairly secure method authentication. I just needed a little auth system to patch onto a few admin sections so maybe someone else can find this useful aswell. Feel free to modify the code and let me know if you have any comments. This may aswell help anyone whos learning Cookies/Authentication in PHP. The SQL Dump is in the sql folder and contains 2 tables. XSLS (eXtra Simple Login System) is a very simple login script that allows you to protect your web pages with and user autentication system, based in PHP sessions. It does not require database or external files. It it simple to configure and to use.

This script will deny web page access to all referrers except one pre-designated URL. i-auth is a simple user authentication script using session variables. Before this release, I described Sessionara as a class for "Session management with MySQL". But actually it`s more, it`s a "session based data environment with MySQL". This class enables you to open a virtual session (identified by an unique session ID), then set and access variables in this environment. If you pass the session ID within multiple pages (via GET/POST parameters), then you get an easy and powerful way to pass values between various pages.
